Chatku (“we”) operates an omnichannel customer-support platform. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Account data (name, email, workspace details); billing data (plan, invoices, and payment metadata — card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us); and content you and your customers exchange through connected channels.
To provide and secure the Service, process payments, send service and billing emails, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.
We share data with processors that help us run the Service — hosting, email delivery, and payment gateways (e.g. PayPal, Midtrans, Xendit) — only as needed. We do not sell your personal data.
Each workspace’s data is logically separated. We retain data for as long as your account is active and as required by law; you can request deletion of your account data.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Subject to your local laws, you may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
