Terms of Service

Last updated 2026

This is a template. Have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it.

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Chatku (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you accept these Terms for that organization.

2. The Service

Chatku provides an omnichannel customer-support inbox. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account, your workspace members, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws when using the Service.

4. Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance for the billing period you choose. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Taxes may apply.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current period. We may suspend or terminate access for unpaid invoices or breach of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content, to infringe others’ rights, or to compromise the Service’s security. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Third-party channels

Connecting channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, and others) is subject to those providers’ own terms. You are responsible for complying with them.

8. Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatku is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Questions? Contact us at the email listed on our site.
