Login and Two-Factor Problems

Trouble signing in usually comes down to credentials, 2FA, or account status. Work through the section that matches your symptom.

"Invalid email or password"

  • Double-check for typos and caps lock.
  • Use the correct workspace URL — accounts belong to a specific workspace.
  • If you still can't get in, ask an admin to confirm your account exists and isn't deactivated.

Your 2FA code is rejected

Time-based codes depend on an accurate clock:

  • Make sure your phone's time is set to automatic / network time.
  • Enter the current code (it changes every ~30 seconds); wait for a fresh one if it's about to expire.
  • Confirm you're reading the code for the right account in your authenticator app.

If you have backup codes, use one to get in, then re-check your authenticator.

Lost your authenticator device

Ask an admin to reset your 2FA from Settings → Agents & Teams. After the reset you can sign in with just your password and set 2FA up again on your new device.

"2FA is required" at login

An admin has made 2FA mandatory for your account. Follow the on-screen setup: scan the QR code with an authenticator app and enter the code to continue.

Account deactivated

Deleted agents are deactivated (soft delete) and can no longer sign in. An admin can create or re-enable an account for you.
