Widget visibility & kill-switch
This is the master control for your web-chat widget across all your websites. Find it under Settings → Widget (requires the Widget settings permission).
Controls
- Widget active (all websites) — the global on/off. Turn it off to remove the chat widget from every site at once. This overrides everything else, including Ghost mode.
- Hide when all agents are offline — automatically hide the widget whenever no agent is online, so customers only see it when someone can respond. The page shows a live count of online agents.
Which control should I use?

Ghost mode is the quick, temporary, per-channel option that auto-expires after 8 hours; the master switch here is a lasting, global change. See Ghost mode for details.
