A shared inbox holds real customer data, so account security matters. Chatku supports two-factor authentication for everyone.
Self-service
Any agent can turn on TOTP-based 2FA from Settings → Profile — scan a QR code with an authenticator app and you're protected.
Admin controls
- Require 2FA per user, so it's set up at next login.
- Enrol in person — show the QR on your screen for an agent to scan, then hand over backup codes.
- Reset 2FA if someone loses their device.
For privacy, admins never see another user's secret. Security you can mandate, without the friction.
