What's new

- Facebook Messenger — Pages inbox, unified with everything else
- LINE — official account messaging, stickers included
- Slack — turn a workspace channel into a support queue
- X (Twitter) — direct messages routed to agents
Why it matters
Every channel lands in the same conversation view, with the same typing indicators, assignment, and collision protection you already use. No new tabs, no context switching.
Connecting a channel takes about two minutes from Settings → Inboxes.
