Managing Invoices and Payments

Chatku supports several payment methods so you can pay however suits you.

Payment options

• PayPal
• Midtrans
• Xendit
• Manual bank transfer — upload your transfer proof and we confirm it

Invoices

Every charge produces an invoice under Invoices. From there you can:

• Pay an open invoice through any available gateway.
• Download it as a PDF for your records.

Paid invoices update automatically once the payment gateway confirms — for manual transfers, after your proof is reviewed.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew each cycle and generate a fresh invoice. Pay it before the due date to keep your workspace active without interruption. You'll receive a reminder as the date approaches.

Something look wrong?

If an invoice doesn't match what you expected — a plan change not reflected, a payment not showing as received — check the Changing your plan guide for how proration works, then contact support with the invoice number if it still looks off.
