Starting a Free Trial

The fastest way to evaluate Chatku is a free trial — a fully working workspace, no payment required upfront.

Start it

1. Click Sign Up on the site.
2. Choose your plan and pick a workspace name.
3. Your workspace is provisioned automatically and you land on the dashboard.

During the trial you can connect channels, invite agents, and test every feature included in your chosen plan.

What happens when the trial ends

As the trial nears its end you'll be reminded to pick up a paid subscription. To keep your workspace active, open Subscriptions and pay the first invoice through any supported gateway (PayPal, Midtrans, Xendit, or manual transfer).

If you don't subscribe

If the trial lapses without payment, the workspace is paused rather than deleted immediately — subscribe to reactivate it and pick up right where you left off. Data retention follows your plan's policy.
