Canned Responses That Save Hours

If your team types the same answers all day, canned responses will save real hours.

Create one

Go to Settings → Canned Responses, add a shortcode (e.g. hours), a title, and the content.

Personalise it

Drop variables into the content and they fill in automatically:

Hi {name}, thanks for reaching out! This is {agent} from support.

Available tokens include {name}, {email}, {phone}, {agent}, {inbox}, and {channel}.

Use it

In any reply box, type / then the shortcode, pick from the list, and send. Fast, consistent, and still personal.
