Prerequisites
- An Instagram Professional (Business or Creator) account
- Linked to a Facebook Page
- A Meta Business account
Setup
- Create an Instagram inbox in Chatku.
- Connect it to your Facebook/Instagram assets and grant the messaging permissions.
- Point the webhook at Chatku and subscribe to messaging events.
- Send a test DM and confirm it lands in your inbox.
Story mentions and direct messages now appear alongside every other channel, with the same assignment and collision protection.
