Connecting Facebook Messenger

Your Facebook Page messages belong in the same queue as everything else. Here's the setup.

Prerequisites

• A Facebook Page you manage
• A Meta Business account

Setup

1. Create a Facebook (Messenger) inbox in Chatku.
2. Connect your Page and grant the messaging permissions.
3. Subscribe the Page to the Chatku webhook for messaging events.
4. Message your Page from another account to confirm it arrives.

From now on, Page messages route to your agents with typing indicators, assignment, and canned responses — no more logging into Facebook to reply.
