Ghost Mode: Step Away Without Breaking the Queue

Sometimes you need to finish a report without new conversations landing on you. Ghost Mode hides your presence from routing while you stay signed in.

Behaviour

• When Ghost Mode is active, you appear offline to auto-assignment
• The sidebar icon lights up so you never forget it's on
• It auto-deactivates after 8 hours so you don't accidentally hide for days

Flip it on from your profile menu. Flip it off the moment you're ready for the next chat.
