Copilot: AI-Suggested Replies for Agents

Sometimes you want AI's speed with a human's judgement. Copilot mode gives you exactly that.

How it feels

• Click the suggest button in the reply box.
• The AI drafts a reply using the conversation and your knowledge base.
• You review, tweak, and send — nothing goes out automatically.

It's the fastest way to answer common questions well, without handing the conversation entirely to a bot. Enable it as the chatbot mode under Settings → AI Chatbot.
