LINE Messaging in 2024: The New Channel Flow

LINE retired console-based Messaging API channel creation. The flow now runs through the LINE Official Account Manager.

Getting your credentials

1. Create an Official Account
2. Enable the Messaging API from the account settings
3. Copy the Channel ID and Channel secret
4. Issue a Channel access token from the provider console

Paste all three into Chatku and hit Test connection to confirm messages flow both ways.

Tip: disable LINE's built-in auto-reply so your agents' replies aren't shadowed.
